Caring for your pottery

All Lune pieces are food-safe, microwave-safe, and dishwasher-safe, making them suitable for everyday use.

That said, handmade ceramics tend to age most beautifully with a bit of extra care. Whenever possible, I recommend hand washing to help preserve the surface and finish over time. Avoid sudden temperature changes (such as moving directly from the refrigerator to the microwave).

Lune pottery is made in small batches from start to finish. Working this way allows me to give attention to each piece and to keep the process slow, thoughtful, and human.
